Most insurance companies provide some coverage for physical therapy when it is prescribed by your doctor.  The level of coverage varies based on your benefits.  Some insurance plans require pre-authorization.  We always recommend that you call your insurance provider to determine your level of coverage prior to your first visit.  We will review your insurance coverage with you before we begin your treatment.
